316L Stainless Steel & PTFE Shielding for Harsh Media. Designed specifically as a submersible level transmitter for sewage, this instrument features a hermetically sealed 316SS body construction. To combat the aggressive chemicals found in biogas production and wastewater treatment, we offer an optional PTFE coating. The design includes a removable nose cone that protects the sensitive 316L stainless steel diaphragm from solids and debris, ensuring this anti-corrosion level transmitter maintains its integrity during long-term immersion in industrial waste channels.

0.5% FS Accuracy & 20-Pore High-Sensitivity Filter. At the heart of our level transmitters is a high-performance GE sensing element providing a standard 0.5% FS accuracy. To ensure consistent readings in turbulent or silty environments like retention ponds, the sensor utilizes a unique filter with 20 pores. This design maximizes sensitivity while preventing clogging. Combined with a shielded and vented cable that automatically compensates for atmospheric pressure changes via a maintenance-free filter, our hydrostatic level control remains precise regardless of external weather conditions.
