3. Selección de productos (Le presentaremos entre 3 y 5 opciones de productos y sus precios para que los apruebe. Durante esta fase, verificamos la capacidad de producción del fabricante y las certificaciones nacionales pertinentes).

4. Contrato, pago por adelantado y producción (Se requiere un pago por adelantado 40% para iniciar la producción en una instalación homologada. En el caso de los artículos en stock, nos encargamos de organizar sin demora las pruebas y el embalaje del producto).

5. Pago a cuenta (Una vez finalizada con éxito la producción y la inspección de calidad, se abonará el siguiente 50% del importe total. En el caso de los artículos en stock, este pago se realiza una vez finalizado el embalaje. Si el importe de la transacción no supera los $50 000, se abona el 60% restante.)

6. Envío (Puede designar a un agente de transporte o, si lo prefiere, nosotros podemos encargarnos del envío por usted.)

En segundo lugar, nos mantenemos en contacto con la empresa de transporte para comprobar el estado de la mercancía y les recomendamos que realicen los procesos de carga y descarga con cuidado.

1. Instrava ofrece una garantía completa de entre 12 y 24 meses (el periodo de garantía concreto depende de la línea de productos), que cubre todos los defectos de fabricación y de los componentes.

2. Cuando se necesite asistencia técnica en línea, los clientes podrán ponerse en contacto con los ingenieros de la fábrica a través de Internet. Se ofrece asesoramiento en tiempo real para la instalación, la calibración in situ (en el caso de los instrumentos) y la puesta en marcha. Cuando se requiera la asistencia de un ingeniero in situ, nos encargaremos de que un ingeniero se desplace al lugar.

3. En caso de que surjan problemas con algún componente, le enviaremos las piezas de recambio mediante un servicio de mensajería urgente internacional (DHL/FedEx) para reducir al mínimo el tiempo de inactividad de su proyecto.

4. En el contrato de compraventa se indicará claramente si un producto debe ser sustituido o reparado.
